Cheese and rice casserole

ingredients
200g/7oz brown rice, cooked and cooled
3 onions, chopped
200g/7oz cottage cheese
1 teaspoon dried dill
50g/2oz Parmesan cheese, grated
125ml/4fl oz milk

• Preheat the oven to 180°C/
350°F/Gas mark 4. Lightly grease a large casserole dish with a little vegetable oil.
• Combine all the ingredients in a
bowl, making sure that they are
well mixed, then pour into the
prepared casserole dish. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until hot and melting. Serve hot.
