Baked Brie with sun-dried tomatoes

Baked Brie with
sun-dried tomatoes


ingredients
225g/8oz Brie cheese
1 tablespoon chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
1 tablespoon chopped sun-dried tomatoes in oil

• Preheat the oven to 230°C/
450°F/Gas mark 8.
• Trim the rind from the top of the
Brie, and place the Brie on a
baking tray. In a small bowl, mix
together the parsley and tomato.
• Spread the tomato mixture on top
of the cheese, and bake in the
oven for 10 minutes or until the
cheese is heated through. Serve
straight away.
