Gorgonzola dip


Gorgonzola dip


Ingredients

225g/8oz Gorgonzola cheese
300ml/10fl oz whipping cream
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
salt and freshly ground black pepper

• Mix the cheese and cream together
using a wooden spoon, then beat
well until thick and creamy.
• Stir in the Worcestershire sauce,
and season with salt and pepper.
Chill before serving with crudités or
toasted flatbread such as pitta.
